Description of adverse reaction: Ever since my flu injection on 11/21/2016 directly into my left shoulder joint, pain has been increasing on a daily basis. A sore developed in the joint and surrounding deltoid region. My sleep patterns have been interrupted up to 10-20 times a night due to discomfort and pain. I feel to be aging rapidly since this incident. My high school students have commented to this effect. I have felt tearing in my shoulder joint on multiple occasions, as my shoulder strength is weakening, my daily activities of distance swimming and golf have virtually ceased due to this injection. I've had an MRI which verifies tendonitis and inflammation and SLAP tears of the rotator cuff. Infraspinatus tear. PT results in inflammation.
