Description of adverse reaction: This spontaneous report was received from a Nurse, concerning a 16 year old patient of unknown gender. No information was provided regarding the patient's medical history, concurrent conditions or concomitant medications. On an unspecified date in December 2016, the patient was vaccinated with the first dose of GARDASIL 9 for prophylaxis (route of administration, anatomical location, lot number and expiration date were not reported). The nurse stated that the patient received the second dose of GARDASIL 9 on an unspecified date in April 2018. No adverse effects were reported for the patient.
