Description of adverse reaction: I received a shot of FLUVIRIN TIV on 12/05/2006. Early the next morning I woke up with extreme dizziness. The room was going up and down and I had no balance at all. All I could do was vomit into a pan. This went on for 6 hours and was a very bad experience. During this time my wife called 911 and I was taken to the hospital where I continued vomiting while they took CAT scans of my head. I spent the night in the hospital. 3 weeks later I had the same dizziness and vomiting. This lasted about 4 hours. Following this I went for a number of tests. All tests came back negative. I have taken flu shots for 14 years. Starting now to feel better. Very thankful.
