Description of adverse reaction: Ischemic stroke on 11/13/2016 at 4 AM resulting in right hemiparesis (dominant side). Now can only walk with a cane for limited distance, balance problems, swallowing/speaking problems. No longer employed, had to give up most all normal activities (tennis, ballroom dancing, etc.).
