Description of adverse reaction: At a recent visit (2/1/18), I recommended the second HPV vaccine. At that time mom reported to me that for two months after HPV#1, given on 9/27/16, patient had extreme fatigue and sleepiness. She believes it started right after receiving the HPV vaccine. It self-resolved after about 2 months. Per mom, there were no other illnesses or stressors occurring at that time. They did not seek any medical evaluation during this period and the first time I became aware of this was about 18 months later, at the 2/1/18 visit.
