Description of adverse reaction: Mother reported on 1/08/18 that when her child received MMR, Varicella, Hep A, Hep B, PENTACEL, and PREVNAR 13 vaccine she reacted to it with really hard nodules on the injection cite that lasted a few weeks/months. Per mom, patient had a fever she was sore and tender to the touch. Per mom pt was very moody after received vaccines and did not act like her normal self.
