Description of adverse reaction: This spontaneous report was received from a registered nurse concerning an unspecified patients of unknown age and gender. The patients' medical history and concurrent conditions were not reported. On 27-OCT-2016 (also reported as "after that date"), the patient were vaccinated with an unspecified number of doses of improperly stored of PROQUAD lot number L030584, expiration date: 10-FEB-2017 (strength, dose and route were not reported) for prophylaxis. It was reported that the sterile diluent (manufacturer unknown) did not undergo a temperature excursion. The temperature of excursion with PROQUAD was 6 to 14 Fahrenheit degrees during 5 hours.
