Validity

• A Regetto & e-Besto voucher code is valid for 12 months from the date you receive it from Regetto & e-Besto or a Business Partner (the “Issue Date”).
• The date you must use your Regetto & e-Besto voucher code by is called the “Use by Date” and is shown on your voucher. If you do not use your Regetto & e-Besto voucher code on or before this date your agreement will terminate and you will no longer be able to use your code.
• After the Use By Date a monthly charge of €4 per month will apply and will be deducted from the balance of your Regetto & e-Besto voucher. Your refund may also be subject to a redemption fee of €10.

Use

• You may use a Regetto & e-Besto Voucher to make purchases online anywhere you see the Regetto & e-Besto logo.
• When using a Regetto & e-Besto Voucher on a website, you will be required to type in the PIN which is on the Regetto & e-Besto Voucher.
• Depending on the merchant’s preference, when you use a Regetto & e-Besto Voucher, you will either, a) be asked to pay the full value of the Regetto & e-Besto Voucher, or b) the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance on the Regetto & e-Besto Voucher. In which case, if your purchase totals less than the value of the Regetto & e-Besto Voucher, any balance will be left as credit for you on the Regetto & e-Besto Voucher to spend in future.
• A Regetto & e-Besto Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
• A Regetto & e-Besto Voucher is like cash. Lost or stolen Regetto & e-Besto Vouchers cannot be replaced.
• Any refund for the purchase of goods or services with a Regetto & e-Besto Voucher will be on a replacement Regetto & e-Besto Voucher.
• Regetto & e-Besto reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions from time to time where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so.
• Regetto & e-Besto reserves the right to restrict access to, suspend and temporarily or permanently cancel Regetto & e-Besto Vouchers for any reasonable reason.
• It is prohibited to sell, trade in, or purchase, Regetto & e-Besto Vouchers via unauthorised internet platforms. This prohibition explicitly refers to so-called “exchange platforms”, where Regetto & e-Besto Vouchers are offered for sale illegally. A purchase of a Regetto & e-Besto Voucher over the Internet is allowed exclusively through online web shops authorised by us.
• You may not hold in excess of 900GBP in the United Kingdom (250EUR or the equivalent of 250EUR in another currency outside of the United Kingdom unless otherwise restricted to a lower amount) of Regetto & e-Besto Vouchers at any time. Failure to adhere to this would constitute a breach of these terms and conditions and will give rise to suspicion of fraudulent and/or criminal activity as a result of which Regetto & e-Besto reserves the right not to redeem and/or refund the Regetto & e-Besto Voucher.

Complaints

• If you are unhappy in any way with Regetto & e-Besto or the way our service is managed, tell us by e-mailing cs@Regetto & e-Besto.com so we can investigate the circumstances for you. Any complaints you make will be dealt with quickly and fairly.
• You are also able to take your complaints to the Financial Ombudsman Service at South Quay Plaza, 183 Marsh Wall, London E14 9SR. Telephone: 0800 023 4567 and e-mail: complaint.info@financial-ombudsman.org.uk.

Redemption and Termination

• Under these Terms and Conditions, you have the right to terminate at any time during the contract period and you can also ask for redemption of the balance left on your Regetto & e-Besto Voucher. If you have purchased a Regetto & e-Besto Voucher by means of distance communications (e.g. online), you have a right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after the purchase without being charged any fees.
• If you terminate a Regetto & e-Besto Voucher we will block it the next working day (Monday to Friday) so it cannot be used. You will not be entitled to redemption of money that you have already spent on goods or services.
• If you terminate a Regetto & e-Besto Voucher, we will arrange for any unused funds to be redeemed to you, once all applicable fees have been deducted.
• You will need to provide 2 proofs of name, and address for us to process any redemption from a Regetto & e-Besto voucher back to cash or bank deposit. If you would rather be issued with a new Regetto & e-Besto Voucher instead please contact Regetto & e-Besto customer service, who, subject to you having complied with the terms of this Agreement in every respect, will issue you a new Regetto & e-Besto Voucher.

Disputes with retailers

• If you have any disputes about purchases you have made with your Regetto & e-Besto Voucher, you should settle these with the Retailer. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality or any other aspect of any goods or services purchased with a Regetto & e-Besto Voucher.
• Remember that once you have used a Regetto & e-Besto Voucher to make a purchase we cannot stop that transaction.

Suspension of service

• Regetto & e-Besto gives no warranty or representation that its Regetto & e-Besto payment scheme will be available at all times. And specifically reserves the right to suspend its system when it considers necessary for maintenance or upgrade to the systems. Regetto & e-Besto will use reasonable endeavours to minimise any periods during which the system is unavailable and where possible will post notice on its website www.Regetto & e-Besto.com of such suspension.
• The Financial Services Compensation Scheme is not applicable to Regetto & e-Besto voucher codes. No other compensation schemes exist to cover losses claimed in connection with a Regetto & e-Besto voucher code.

General

• This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
• Regetto & e-Besto reserves the right to assign, subcontract, novate or transfer its obligations hereunder to any third party (a “third party transferee”) without your consent provided that we will only assign or transfer such obligations if, in our reasonable opinion:
• Nothing in this Agreement is intended to create any rights which are enforceable by any person who is not a party to this Agreement under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999, unless otherwise stated.

Currency

• The Regetto & e-Besto Voucher is issued in Euros (€). Any payments made for goods/services in another currency shall be converted into Euros (€) using the exchange rate applicable on the date of transaction. Our applicable exchange rates will be posted daily on the Website (www.Regetto & e-Besto.com). The exchange rate used and the amount that will be debited from the Regetto & e-Besto Voucher will also be shown at the time of the transaction.
• For every cross currency transaction where one of the involved currencies is EUR a general exchange rate surcharge of 3 % of the transaction amount will be applied. However for cross currency transactions where EUR is not involved in the transaction an exchange rate surcharge of 4.5 % of the transaction amount will apply.

Identification

• By acquiring a Regetto & e-Besto voucher code, you give your consent that Regetto & e-Besto has the right to perform such CDD (Customer Due Diligence) checks deemed necessary to comply with Anti Money Laundering regulations, or if Regetto & e-Besto, in its sole opinion, suspect fraudulent use and/or misuse of the payment scheme. You further undertake to co-operate fully to ensure the CDD information required is provided to Regetto & e-Besto within the time parameters to be specified by Regetto & e-Besto. Any personal data provided in connection with the KYC process will be held by Regetto & e-Besto in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and protected as specified in clause 18 below (Privacy of Your Data).
• When you apply to register with Regetto & e-Besto, we make a number of checks to verify your identity to prevent and detect crime and money laundering. These checks are done using 3rd party agencies and may include supplying your information to Credit Reference Agencies for the purpose of identifying you. The agencies will record details of such searches. The searches will not be seen or used by lenders to assess your ability to obtain credit.

Information about you

• For the purpose of the Data Protection Act (1998), the Data Controller will be the Regetto & e-Besto.
• Information relating to you (henceforth ” Information”) may be held on a database and used by us for the purposes set out in this clause. Information includes any information which we hold, now or at any time in the future and which comes from, or relates to: i) Purchase and use of the Regetto & e-Besto Vouchers; ii) Third parties, such as credit reference agencies and parties associated with the us; iii) Payments made by the you through the Regetto & e-Besto service, including the name of the supplier and the general nature of the goods and services paid for; iv) Verification of your identity, residence or authorisation to use third-party payment services to transfer funds to a Regetto & e-Besto Voucher.
• We may use, analyse and assess the Information to maintain and develop a commercial relationship with you. This will include the following purposes: i) Operating and administering the services we supply; ii) Financial risk assessment, money laundering checks, compliance and regulatory reporting and fraud prevention; iii) Identifying products and services which may interest you; and iv) Understanding existing business and developing new and innovative products and services.
• We will not disclose Information to third parties except: i) Where your consent is obtained; ii) Where we are required or permitted to do so by law; iii) To any persons, who provide a service to us and who have agreed to keep the Information strictly confidential; iv) To any persons who supply benefits or services to us under; or v) To identity verification, money laundering and fraud prevention agencies.
